Happy July! Are we seriously half way through the year already? This has been such a strange year of my life, and so different than the last few years, so it’s been hard to judge the passage of time the same way. Since we’re now halfway through the year, I thought I’d do an update on my 14 Challenges in 2014.

I challenge myself to run 200 miles. Running has gone much better this year than last year, and I’m not fully sure why that is, but I’m not complaining. So far I’m at 147 miles for the year.

I challenge myself to walk 275 miles. Last year I had to stop walking quite so much due to my tendinitis and IT band syndrome, but this year has felt ok. I try to hold back on pace and distance just so I don’t put extra strain on everything, since I don’t want to have to stop running. So far I’m at 177 miles.

I challenge myself to bike 900 miles. I’m right at 516 miles for the year. Many of those miles have been done on my bike trainer, and most of the first 3 months of miles for the year were spent studying for my big test I took in mid-March. Since then I’ve had some great outdoor rides too!

I challenge myself to 75 hours of pilates. 75 hours may have been a little too high, and I refuse to push myself to do it just because I “HAVE to”, and then get burnt out on it. Either way I’ll end up pretty close. Right now I’m at 38.25 hours for the year, which definitely has me on track. We’ll see. I’m still really enjoying pilates though, and really appreciate all that it gives to my body.

I challenge myself to 250 minutes of planks. This one has been pretty easy so far, although less so now that it’s warm. In cold weather (October-March) I seem to have no problem doing planks, but the summer months I definitely cut down. No idea why? So far I’ve clocked a total of 152 minutes for the year.

I challenge myself to run 10 races for the year. Like 2013, these races can be in person or virtual, but I’d like at least 5 of them to be in person! So far I’ve done 4 races in person and 5 virtual races, so I’m doing well! I have a few more races set for the rest for the rest of the year too!

I challenge myself to read at least 14 books. This one has been so fun, and now that summer, it’s been REALLY easy. So far I’ve read 13 books this year, and have really gotten into crime books that have me on the edge of my seat (like John Grisham novels!). I’ve also read a few inspiring books like The Hiding Place and Notes From A Blue Bike.

I challenge myself to go through all the clothes that I own. This one I finished at the end of January when I got rid of 54 or 56 (I forget which) items of clothing. I just did another haul at the beginning of June, getting rid of another 75ish items. I think that just shows how much I’ve really held on to over the years that’s been ridiculous! This podcast (Freedom From Stuff) has been inspiring!

I challenge myself to continue to be present. Am I present every single moment of every day- no, but I don’t think that’s fully possible for most of us! But being present has really changed my life, and I’m continuing to enjoy this challenge!

I challenge myself to continue to hunt for provisions and blessings (continuing to develop gratitude in my life). Yes! I’ve written it down twice a week, and am really enjoying it. I even started a gratitude journal outside of this blog, and it’s great to have a hard copy I can flip through.

I challenge myself to read the entire Bible this year. I found a plan online (it’s this one if you’re interested) and have been following that. I don’t necessarily exactly read what is outlined on the day, as sometimes I get ahead or behind (and then have to catch up). I’m just a few days behind on the reading plan, so I’m close to being on track!

I challenge myself to publish an article this year. I haven’t published it yet but I’ve written it and it’s gone through a few rounds of revisions now! We’re close to submitting it to the review board now!

I challenge myself to put more time and energy into friendships and relationships. YES! This one has been so much fun, and I’m loving the relationships that I’ve either strengthened or built over the last three months. I’ve even made some new blogging friends, like Melissa and Meg.

I challenge myself to be brave. Oh yes! I wish I could write blog posts about this, but at this point I can’t so much. Brave (or courage) is my word for the year, and while this probably deserves an entire post of it’s own, I thought I’d throw it out there anyways. I want to continue to push myself to be brave in any area of my life…

So, overall, I’m pretty much on point with where I “need” to be for the year in each of these goals, although slightly behind with one. It really hasn’t felt like too much effort, but knowing these goals are out there helps keep me motivated. So, we’ll see how this next quarter goes–

Now it’s your turn to share! How are you going on your goals/challenges/resolutions etc… for the year? Is there anything that you hope to accomplish in the next three months?

I’ll be back tomorrow with another post about my trip to Ecuador…

Last year I set 13 challenges for myself for the year, and I loved having these to push myself throughout the year. Why challenges? I want to give myself the freedom and room to take new paths for myself that may arise throughout the year. I like the freedom as well as determination that a challenge gives. So, because I loved it so much last year, I am setting 14 challenges for myself this upcoming year:

  1. I challenge myself to run 200 miles. Again, I shoot very low, knowing that I get injured easily. I would love nothing more than to have 500+ mile years, but I know this isn’t practical for myself.
  2. I challenge myself to walk 275 miles.  I enjoy walking, and used to walk much more than I do now. 275 might still be high, depending on how my fitness plays out throughout the year. I refuse to give up what I WANT to do just to meet a certain number.
  3. I challenge myself to bike 900 miles. This would solidly mean the highest biking mileage I’ve ever done in a year before, so we’ll see if I can make this happen. I would be solidly happy with 700+ miles for the year.
  4. I challenge myself to 75 hours of pilates. This is pretty much hardly over an hour a week, which I think is reasonable. I’ve never kept track of how many hours I’ve done pilates in a year before, so we’ll see how this one goes! I love pilates though and think that it’s incredibly beneficial for life. (I’m counting reformer, mat, and barre pilates here)
  5. I challenge myself to 250 minutes of planks. I chose 250 minutes of planks last year, and I felt like that number was pretty reasonable. Instead of trying to go up (because…why?) I decided to keep it at a number I was happy with for the year.
  6. I challenge myself to run 10 races for the year. Like 2013, these races can be in person or virtual, but I’d like at least 5 of them to be in person!
  7. I challenge myself to read at least 14 books. Just like the books I read in 2013, I want them to be a mix of fun, health, and educational.
  8. I challenge myself to go through all the clothes that I own. I almost feel like I’m cheating with this one since it was on my list from last year, but making it a challenge somehow made it more fun (and a little easier to part with clothes). I want to continue to make space in my closet for the clothes that I really wear.
  9. I challenge myself to continue to be present. I talked about the benefits of being present last January, and I felt like it was really healthy for me throughout the year. This one is a huge priority throughout the year for me.
  10. I challenge myself to continue to hunt for provisions and blessings (continuing to develop gratitude in my life). I will write down at least once a week what I am thankful for (I’ve officially started a specific gratitude journal for the year), and will continue to hunt throughout the week for the things I’ve been provided. I really feel like this makes a huge difference in mental health.
  11. I challenge myself to read the entire Bible this year. I’m pretty sure that I’ve read it all in bits and pieces, but I’ve never read the entire thing in a condensed amount of time. This one will be an average of maybe 15ish minutes every day, although obviously there will be somedays that I’ll have to play catch up for other days that I’ve missed. This one has already been interesting so far.
  12. I challenge myself to publish an article this year.
  13. I challenge myself to put more time and energy into friendships and relationships. This is something that I have really done in the past 3 months, and I want to continue to make this a priority in my life. This involves both keeping up with a few close friends from my past, current friendships, and maybe making a few new friends as well!
  14. I challenge myself to be brave. Brave (or courage) is my word for the year, and while this probably deserves an entire post of it’s own, I thought I’d throw it out there anyways. I want to continue to push myself to be brave in any area of my life…

So, that’s it-my 14 challenges for the year. Obviously, like I mentioned on my final update for my 13 challenges, I am giving myself the freedom and space to take the year however it comes. I have no idea what the upcoming year holds, so I don’t want to make my goals to rigid. So- here’s to a great 2014 for my own personal growth, and it’ll be interesting to see how it all turns out!

Now it’s your turn to share! What’s a challenge for yourself for the upcoming year (or month or week- you can choose!)?

Happy July!!! I usually love the month of July, so I’m hoping that it will be a great month. Before I get ahead of myself, though, I thought I’d do a quick recap of June, as well as a check-in on my 13 Challenges in 2013 now that we’re half way through the year (eek!). Here’s how the month of June looked:

  • This month was Triathlon time!! I wrote a few posts about my triathlon training: Hitting the Bricks, Final Triathlon Preparation, Training Recaps: Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4. And, of course, the main event:
  • I raced my second triathlon this past month, and had great success in cutting down my transition times. You can read my recap here.
  • National Running Day! I shared why I’m a runner here.
  • In April and May I participated in Best Body Bootcamp. I shared some of my final thoughts on the program here.
  • I talked all about biking on the road again after spending the winter on my stationary bike.
  • I tried my very first barre class, and it’s safe to say that I’m pretty hooked. Post coming about barre in a few weeks!

And here’s a quick check-in on my 13 Challenges in 2013 progress:

  • I’ve run 90.8 miles out of 250 miles (oh yikes. This I’m pretty disappointed in, and really need to pick up my running! I didn’t guess I’d have so much fun with cross training!)
  • I’ve walked 151 miles out of 500 miles (I feel like I walk SO much, so I have no idea how I am so far behind where I was last year. So sad 😦 )
  • I’ve biked 196 miles out of 300 miles. (Doing great with biking this year! I love it!)
  • I’ve swam 3.2 out of 15 miles (when I set this I didn’t realize how little access I’d actually have to the pool. But I’ll definitely get in a few more miles before the end of the year!)
  • I’ve done 121 minutes out of 250 minutes of planks for the year! (I actually thought I was farther behind on this, so I was happy to see I’ve spent 2 hours doing planks so far this year :D)
  • I challenge myself to go through all the clothes I own: I’ve gone through about 90% of my clothes so far, and have managed to get rid of a few bags! It’s felt great to get so much cleaning done!
  • I challenge myself to finish the article I started in 2012. Ummm- have not done anything on it. So many other work things and other article options have popped up that I’ve been focused on those. I’m still planning to work on this article.
  • I challenge myself to do 13 races this year (in person or virtual): I’ve done 7 races so far this year (5 virtual, my third half marathon, and my second triathlon).
  • I challenge myself to read 12 books this year. I’ve completed 5 books and am in the middle of 2 right now, so I’m right on track and really enjoying this challenge.

I wish I had done something with a number of pilates sessions I’d do or something like that since I’ve been really into that this year as well! Overall I’m pretty happy with that, even though I haven’t hit all my mileage. I’ve taken down a bit of cardio and added lots of strength training, and I’ve been enjoying that quite a bit!

So, that’s my June Recap/Update on my 13 in 2013 challenge.

Now it’s your turn to share! What was your favorite part of June (or: What are you most looking forward to in July?)? How are your goals going for the year?

Most of the time, march is a month that hardly seems to exist for me. It usually rushes by in quite a haze, a month that bridges winter and spring. Like I said, March tends to fly by in the blink of an eye, so at the end of the month I’m usually pretty surprised that anything has happened at all. Here’s how the month looked:

  • I continued training for my half marathon with Weeks 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9
  • I talked a LOT about boundaries in different forms: Introducing Boundaries, Influence vs. Ownership, Respecting the No, and Health Attracting Health, Owning Our Reactions
  • I talked a lot about food! I talked about how I conquered the artichoke, a great Pear French Toast recipe I dreamed up on a long run, I cooked my very first quiche, became obsessed with spicy turkey burgers, and ate lots of fresh protein veggie salads
  • I talked about one of my major “healthy living patterns”- the weekend meal prep! It’s a huge time saver!
  • I blogged about my first 10k race!
  • I continued to discuss POTS and how it affected my ability to exercise when I was first diagnosed.
  • I opened up about my favorite spring break trip ever (to the DR!)
  • I went on a great trip to Florida (which will be posted about in April!)

13 Challenges in 2013

We’re now a quarter of the way through the year so it’s interesting to see how “on track” things are:

  • So far I’ve run 42.5 out of 250 miles
  • I’ve walked 97 of 500 miles
  • I’ve biked 50.2 of 300 miles
  • I haven’t swam at all since January and am still at 1/2 a mile for the year
  • I’ve done 72.5 minutes of planks (out of 250 minutes)
  • I’ve gone through about half the clothes I own (but nothing since February)
  • I’ve finished 4 races so far this year
  • I completed my first book of the year and have started my second (oops- so behind in this one!)

Well, I’d call March a success, even if it was a crazy month that seemed to fly by. I fell into a rhythm with cooking and exercising, and both were really fun and enjoyable for me!

Now it’s your turn to share! What was your favorite thing about March? If you wrote goals for the year, how are you doing? What are you most looking forward to in April?

Oh boy this week was a tough one. A business trip on Monday and Tuesday plus extra work hours this week to make up for my Monday and Tuesday out of the office led to an incredibly busy week! I’m hoping that after this week my schedule will return a bit more to normal, and hopefully I can fall into a consistent work out pattern again for this training cycle! Here’s what the week looked like:

  • Sunday: 40 mins pilates, 2:30 planks
  • Monday: Rest- Travel
  • Tuesday: Rest- Travel
  • Wednesday: 20 minutes pilates
  • Thursday: 5k race, 2.59 mile walk, 2:30 plank
  • Friday: 1.28 mile walk, 25 minutes pilates, 2:30 plank
  • Saturday: 25 minutes strength/circuit workout, 2:30 plank

I’m really happy to be including so much pilates in this training cycle! It’s helping to keep me stretched out and is strengthening muscles I need for running! I’m really enjoying it, and love that I can watch TV while doing it:) I’m also really happy about my run this week. I feel like I’m mentally more engaged in training and more excited when I hit the road!

Now it’s your turn to share! What did you accomplish or overcome this week? If you’ve done a 5k race before, which one was your favorite?

This week of training I sat back and observed my mental thought patterns, and realized the excitement and thrill of training isn’t here this cycle, mostly because of the negative thoughts. I race because I want to, because I have fun, and to be healthy. I don’t race to win (because that’s an expectation that’s completely unrealistic!), so there doesn’t need to be a lot of stress related to my training. I will be intentionally trying to work on this from here on out. Here’s what this week of training looked like:

  • Sunday: 1 hour pilates, 2:30 planks
  • Monday: 1 hour strength training with my brother– Legs (I was SORE!), 1.0 mi bike (warm up)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: 1.32 mile walk
  • Thursday: 4.6 mile bike, 2.3 mile walk
  • Friday: 45 minutes pilates, 2:30 planks
  • Saturday: 3.5 mile run , 30 minutes pilates, 2:30 planks

I’m not happy with the amount of cardio for the week. If I wasn’t training, this would be just fine, but I would like to have at least one more day of cardio. I am happy with the strength training and pilates that I’ve been getting into my weeks. I think pilates and stretching is going to be a big part of strengthening my legs to help prevent IT band pain, so I’m making it a bigger priority!

My Tuesdays and Wednesdays have gotten a little complicated with my work schedule (and the addition of leading group on Tuesday night), so for the next six weeks those days will likely be rest days or lighter workouts. I’m going with the flow those days to not stress myself out.

Now it’s your turn to share! How do you roll with the punches when it comes to busy times at work and exercise? Do you do pilates?

Happy Super Bowl Day! As I announced yesterday, I just officially started training for my 3rd half marathon! The beginning of the week took me on a short trip, so I was up early getting in workouts before things. This week has been a great mix of activities, and I’ve really loved that!

  • Sunday: .5 mile swim, 1 hour chair pilates
  • Monday: 1 mile walk, 45 minutes reformer pilates, 15 minutes chair pilates
  • Tuesday: Rest- travel day
  • Wednesday: 7.6 mile bike, 2:00 planks
  • Thursday: 45 minutes pilates, 2:30 planks
  • Friday: 20 minutes pilates, 2:30 planks
  • Saturday: 3.1 mile run (race recap coming this week!), 2:30 planks

This week was a really great mix of core work, and all 3 triathlon events! I loved the balance I had this week, and wish that each week could be like this (except I’d like to walk more often because I love that!).

Now it’s your turn to share! What would your ideal week of exercise look like? How often do you hit that? What’re you doing for the Super Bowl?

A Year of 13 Challenges

2013 Challenge, Biking, Exercise, Family, Mental Health, Planks, Race, Relationships, Running, Self Care, Swimming, Thankful, Walking

This year I’m challenging myself to 13 different things. Why 13? Because it’s 2013, and it just seemed fitting. I sat down a week ago to start formulating some of the challenges, and I tried to hit a few different areas of health. One thing I did in 2012 was to track every run, walk, bike ride, elliptical, swim, and row that I did the entire year. It was pretty interesting to see the breakdown in these areas. I’m planning to challenge myself to do a bit more in these areas than I did last year! To be clear, I’m obviously planning to do more than what’s on this list, but these are some of the challenges I’ve come up with to complete this year.

13 Challenges In 2013

  1. I challenge myself to run 250 miles. I ran 215 miles in 2012, and this gives me a little room to grow. I get injured really easily, so I’m hoping that I can realistically accomplish this.
  2. I challenge myself to walk 500 miles. In 2012 I walked 395 miles, which is a fair amount. I plan on increasing my mileage by almost 100 miles, which I hope won’t be a problem. Between January and February of 2012 I only walked 10 total miles, so this shouldn’t be too hard to complete.
  3. I challenge myself to bike (either road bike or indoor cycling) 300 miles. I biked just over 200 in 2012, but I definitely picked up cycling much more the 2nd half of the year. This is something I’d like to make a bigger priority.
  4. I challenge myself to swim between 15 and 20 miles. I like swimming, but I don’t have easy access to a pool many months of the year. That being said, I think I can manage at least that many miles.
  5. I challenge myself to 250 minutes of planks. This past year I did 170 minutes of planks (not counting my pilates classes!). I unfortunately didn’t do any of my plank challenge from April- the middle of October, so this should be reasonably easy to achieve with a little dedication.
  6. I challenge myself to go through all the clothes I own. I get really attached to clothes (or memories associated with those clothes) so I have a hard time parting with them. While I’ve gotten rid of a few bags over the last few years, I’ve definitely brought in more clothes than I’ve let go of over the past 4 years. My drawers and closets are stuffed, and it’s time to clean them out!
  7. I challenge myself to finish the article I started in 2012. I started an article in September of 2012, and other more important or pressing writing and speaking projects came along and this article got pushed to the side. I would like to finish this at some point this year.
  8. I challenge myself to finish typing up all the letters from war. In 2012 I started to type up all the letters my grandpa sent home during World War II. These letters are fascinating, but they span almost 4 years, and he wrote at least weekly. That’s a lot of handwritten letters to type up! I plan to finish this in 2013!
  9. I challenge myself to write down what I’m thankful for at least one time each week. Thinking positively and living from a place of gratitude is something that I’ve tried to embrace in 2012, and I would like to continue to do this in 2013!
  10. I challenge myself to run 13 races this year. I’m a little hesitant on this one, knowing that I struggle with injuries. With these races I’m counting all running distances, both “in person” and virtual races, as well as any triathlons I might do.
  11. I challenge myself to read 12 books this year. I’m not sure I’ve read 12 books in one year in quite some time. I was given 5 books for Christmas, and I’m itching to read them. I desire to get back into reading, so I will try to read one book each month!
  12. I challenge myself to begin to write my book. Ok, this one is sort of a far fetched dream. I have this idea for a book and I would love to write it. I challenge myself to dream big and start to write this book that I’ve already formulated in my mind!
  13. I challenge myself to be present. (I wrote an entire post on this topic here). In high school and college I was always making count downs for the next big thing in my life. Somewhere along the way in college I learned that it’s really about the little things. The little things are what makes life beautiful, and I want to embrace them. I can’t do that if I’m only focused on “to dos” and the next big thing in my life. I want to be present and enjoy the times I have with my family and friends. I want to enjoy where I am at currently and notice the little things.

So there it is. 13 challenges for 2013. Some of these will likely be fairly easy to achieve, and I think some of these might come down to the wire. I tried to write challenges that would push me in a number of areas- physical, mental, relational, academically etc… Like I said, I of course plan on doing other things. I want to invent some new recipes, continue to each balanced meals (including dessert!), and having fun!

Here’s to a great 2013!

Now it’s your turn to share! Do you have any challenges for yourself in the coming year? What’s one thing you’d like to accomplish? Do you also struggle with staying present in life?

I already did a post on my 2012 running in review, but decided to do a general post as well. 2012 was a truly amazing year, and I couldn’t let time get by without recapping one of the biggest years of growth and excitement I’ve ever had!

January: I announced that I would be training for my first half marathon! January started my first official training period, and I had fun! I also went to The Melting Pot for the first time, and had a delicious 4 course meal! I went to Florida at the end of the month for a long weekend as well!

February: I continued to train for my half marathon until I got shin splints 😦 I spent Valentine’s Day doing all sorts of things that I love, and had a great day! I also started doing my plank challenge, which I’ve continued to do most months! I did 3 extra speaking events this month as well, which was fun! I also published my first book chapter this month!

March: I lifted for the first time since college! After taking the first part of the month off from running, I finally eased back into running at the end of the month. I also ended the month with a week long vacation in Florida!

April: I kicked off the month with spending an entire weekend reading the Hunger Games. LOVED IT! In the middle of the month I got to spend a long weekend in New York City for work (which I never recapped. oops!). It was the first time I’ve been to NYC, and I had a great time! I set a new PDR when I ran 10 miles, my longest “long run” while training for my first half marathon.

May: I ended April/began May with another long weekend in Florida, and had a great time. I rushed home because I had a half marathon to run! On May 5th I finished my first half marathon. I also had a week long vacation out in Colorado where my brother graduated from college!

June: I kicked off the month with another speaking event! I spent two days playing model for a fitness shoot, and it was lots of fun! I jumped into the pool and swam laps for the first time in half a decade (to start training for a triathlon!). I ran a “welcome to summer” 5k on the beach, which was the longest distance I had run since my race at the beginning of May. I ended the month of June (and began the month of July) with a long vacation with my family in Florida (yes- I went down there A LOT in 2012).  I ended the month by announcing that it was “Time to Tri“, that I would be training for my first triathlon!

July: The first few days were spent in Florida, but then it was back to the real world. I got on the bike for the first time in a decade (part 2 here), which was a terrifying experience for me. The Olympics were also this month, and I talked about celebrating the olympics (and a trip to Olympia, Greece).

August: I started to type up my grandpa’s letters from war, and learned a lot about his life. I celebrated my birthday, and continued my tradition of going on a birthday run! I went to Florida again (for the last time for 2012), and then headed to Chicago for another work event. While there, I found out that a friend died unexpectedly, and I rushed home to say goodbye. The day after the funeral I completed my first triathlon, and had a great time racing!

September: I kicked off September by announcing that I was jumping back into training, this time for my 2nd half marathon! I spent Labor Day weekend with a group of friends from college, and welcomed fall with a bang! I talked about meeting Seth Rogen, and ended the month with the perfect fall run!

October: The month kicked off with another speaking event. My brother flew up to visit for the weekend, and got to listen to me speak! My brother and I also went on a great 8.5 mile run together! I went to Spain for 5 days for work, and had a great time exploring the city; unfortunately I also got food poisoning. I recapped it in three posts: Day 1 & 2, Day 3, Days 4 &5. I finished training for the half and then rested (and completely freaked out about the race!).

November: November kicked off with my 2nd half marathon, where I set a shiny new 22 minute PR! I baked a lot over the month, probably in an attempt to deal with some of the post race blues. I went to my parents house for Thanksgiving (along with some extended family members), and my dad and I ran a 5k turkey gobble.

December: The Christmas season! I spent the month watching Christmas movies, baking, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts and parties, and enjoying other Christmas-y things! I also shared one of my favorite Christmas songs, and discussed celebrating Christmas when life doesn’t seem too joyful. The second half of the month was spent with my family, and having a great time with them!

So that’s a brief year in review. Congratulations if you made it all the way through. One of the nice things about having a blog is being able to have easy access to big events throughout the year. I enjoy going back to other years to see all that happened:)

I truly feel like 2012 was a year that surprised me. I felt like I grew a lot, learned a lot, and realized that I was much stronger in fitness than I thought I was!

And now onto a great 2013…

Now it’s your turn to share! What events stand out to you from 2012? What was one of your biggest accomplishments from the year (this could be in any area of life, not just fitness!).

This week I got a little bit more into more normal workout routine. I ran a bit yesterday, but by 0.8 of a mile my IT bands started hurting, and I figured that there was no point in pushing. I thought maybe with a week and a half of no running it would feel better, but it actually felt much worse than my race on Thanksgiving. Grrr. The rest of the week was great!

  • Sunday: Rest- traveling all day
  • Monday: 1.45 mile walk, 2:30 planks
  • Tuesday: 1.75 mile walk, 2:30 planks
  • Wednesday: 7.59 mile bike, 2:30 planks
  • Thursday: 2.0 mile elliptical, 2:30 planks
  • Friday: 7.35 mile walk
  • Saturday: 1.0 mile run, .50 mile walk, 3:00 planks

Total Miles: 1.0 run + 7.59 bike + 2.0 elliptical + 10.55 walk= 21.64 total miles and 13 minutes of planks

The weather has been SO nice the last few days, and I’ve been taking advantage of it and spending time outside.

Now it’s your turn to share! What’s one thing you accomplished this week? Was the weather nice enough to work out outside, or were you inside this week?
